And this is the reason why many people fail to achieve the healthy lifestyle.
The best solution to this problem is to apply the element of instant gratification to your health plan. It is not really impossible to gain health benefits while laying aside instant gratification. Gratification perception can be overcome in different ways. There are many tricks that can help you overcome this. In your health plan, add a bit of instant gratification. If, then, you are able to achieve a health goal, do something to motivate yourself. As you get used to your new habits, you can start reducing your rewards.
